The price of this product is the same for adults and children.
Price include all road charge, national park pass.
【Pick up time】
The confirmation and pick up time are subject to change due to extreme weather conditions or other circumstances out of our control.
Be at the meet up location 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals and/or no-shows once departs.
Since this is a shared transfer, please be patient in case of delays along the pick-up route.

【Booking guideline】
Confirmation will be sent via email shortly after payment, subject to availability.
A reconfirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours before the trip, including pick-up time, driver and emergency contact information.
In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email: booking@skibus.com.au.
【Cancellation】
We do care you experience in the snow field, and try to make your booking as flexible as possible.
We can provide full refund if:
- Customer cancel their trip more than 3 days before the journey start.
- Can not access to the snow field due to Covid lockdown.
- We cannot provide service due to extreme weather.
We can provide 50% refund if:
- Your cancellation is taken between 1-3 days before departure.
We provide no refund if:
- Your cancellation is within 24 hours before departure.
- Shuttle will only wait up to 15 mins, anyone that show late more than 15 mins will be seen as no show.
- No show.
